They renamed them?? Thats what i have read but which ones did they rename?? Ati radeon 7000 and 7200.

They haven't renamed them
The radeon 7000 and 7200 ARe the same, the 7200 might be the 64mb version, but i'm not sure, anyhow there're the same chip.
no they arent. the 7000 has no t&l, the 7200 does.
just go to ATi.com for the specs on both. some people are saying that the 7000 is the new name for the VE, and the 7200 is the 64mb ddr vivo.......but a simple browse of ATi's site will show you that both the 7000 and 7200 are new cards(however i believe based on the original radeon chips). the 7500 is based on the new chip.....just a toned down version.
