Force Set Refresh Rates

How do i force set all my Nforce refresh rates to 75Hz without doing it manually, is there a tools somewhere that i can use? :)

yeah theres one that comes with the drivers of geforce cards.. with later drivers you need to download coolbits.. once you do, a new menu called "Refresh Rate Override" will appear under the main gfx window.. hope this helps :)
