Crucial PC-133 CAS2 256meg

How far will this stuff go at cas 2-2-2. I am trying to go for 150 mhz at cas 2.

I have two sticks of it in two separate PCs and both run at 150MHz CAS2 without a hitch. I'm sure they could do a little more but I get corruption due to my RAID controllers at the high PCI speeds.

Several have gotten this memory well into the 160+MHz FSB territory.

All you can do is try and hope for the best...

Mine will run stable at cas 2 up to 155fsb after that it becomes very unstable wont boot at 160 unless I go to cas 3.

I got 2 of those.

1 will run OK at 2.2.2 by itself at 150.
The other will start showing instability. (page faults ect...)

With both of them in, I can run cas3@150 with no problems,
or cas2 at 140.

I guess every chip is a little different.....
