Help...detonator 12.90??

I know i'm stupid...but can anyone tell me how to install the detonator 12.90 driver???....theres all these files but i dunno what to do with them...

proceed just as if youre going to change your display adapter normally. go to the display properties, tab settings then click the button advanced. choose the tab adapter and click the button to change itç then u just poit to the folder u have extracted the 12.90 files and follow the instructions.
