Aircooled cC0 700 stuck at 157fsb, will a peltier help?

I am using a Alpha 3125 with 2 Delta fans. 157fsb is the highest speed where everything runs stable, temps are 28/42C at 1.95 Vcore. Will adding a 72W peltier help me overclock it further?

it should allow to get a bit higher IF none of your pci/agp cards and/or memory have reached their limit. lower temps are always better.
