alright.. bootcd will contain Mr.Dos, the bios (.rom)....

whats the installer... Asus has a seperate thing called AFUDOS? is that it?
do i put that on the cd as well?

Yes, but make sure AFUDOS is the same one that was recomended to flash the bios file you are using.

hmm... Dr.Dos when i run it only asks for a floppy disk... how do i do it for a cd?

I always thought you had to flash from fdd. If you set the BIOS settings to boot CD-ROM first, and have a program that dos will recognize as a bootable CD (like win-xp, etc) thats the only way I can think of right now. Sorry
