Well i was messing around with my memory timings and my FSB, when i rebooted the monitor said there was nothing giving it a signal, i rebooted again and the hdd led was lit the hole time, not blinking and the monitor same problem, every time i reboot now the hdd led stays lit and the monitor says there is nothing connected to it.

so i need to know what i fried, and i switched the ram so i kno it's not that.

btw i flashed the cmos like 4 times and nothing changed.

Try booting with only the necessary things (cpu, ram, vid card) and see if that works.
Also try flipping the switch on the back of the psu and leave it off like that for about 30 seconds. Then flip it back on, hold insert, and turn it on. Release insert if it beeps.
Make sure that you cleared the cmos correctly as well, by unplugging the mobo's power and then switching the jumper for a minute or two, then switch it back.
Be sure to look through some of the stickies in this section as well.

Sounds almost like you fried your board.......
Good luck with fixing that one mate.

reflashing a fried bios chip does not allways work. bofore you trash your rig, spend the $15 for a new bios chip flashed to the most recent version.

I doubt you fried anything. Happens to me every time I go to high of an overclock. My motherboard (p4p800 rev2) has a Computer Parameter Recall (C.P.R. woo), so I don't have to clear the CMOS...

First, leave the computer off for a minute or two. Then remove the battery, and switch the CMOS jumper to the clear position. Leave it there for around a minute, then switch the jumper back to pins 1-2 and then replace the battery in correct orientation (my battery has the positive facing away from the mobo)... then try turning on the computer. I have to wait a few minutes to turn on my computer after I go too high of an overclock (but I don't have to reset CMOS)..

and yes, I get no signal, and my HDD leds stay on for as long as the power is going
