motor city online beta full????

gasp i finally downloaded motor city online beta and now i can't use it cause they have enough "testers" ... i really wanna play this game can someone help me?

Sorry, you downloaded it too late, they already filled their beta testing list like last week(i was one of the last people to get in)! It's an awesome game, though, definitely buy the full as long as you have a good internet connection...

I am in the Beta. I like it pretty well. Definitely what the NFS series needed. Great physics, great car selection, customizations, etc.

I still don't like the idea of having to subscribe to the online service to make use of the $40 US investment in the game (after the first month is up). This just makes a $40 game into a $100 game - good for 1 year only.

Seems to me, there should be an offline version for LAN gamers. I don't have the time to play the game enough to get value out of the subscription. I love the game, but my 10+ LAN friends and I will not be purchasing the game because of the required subscription after the first month. It would be great if a scaled down version was still available offline.

Well, they have to privately maintain servers and things, although Blizzard did that with Diablo 2 and there were no online fees...but it's standard for MMO games to charge a monthly fee. I really like it, so far, even though I know nothing about cars!! All I have to do is buy the most expensive part on the list and I'm good to go, though ;)

And true, it is what the NFS series needed, but it's so much harder!!
