ok i need to find some software where i can change the fsb of my cpu without having to restart and go to the bios, any help/info where i could find such a prog?

You could try SoftFSB (http://www.octools.com/files/sfsb17g1.exe) or CPUboost (http://www.octools.com/files/cpu_boost.exe) You can get plug-ins for CPUboost @ Realtek (http://www.realtek.com.tw/cp/download.htm)

**EDIT** BTW most ppl use SoftFSB but CPUboost is a similar prog.
