Can this be o/c'ed?

I have an old Dell Dimension with a 1.5GHz Willamette (socket 478). My mom has forbidden me to conduct any o/c experiments whatsoever on her rig, so I've decided to try messing with the Dell (the only purpose it seems to be serving now is a footrest/stepstool for the cat to get onto the windowsill).

The mainboard is Intel D845PT; neither softFSB nor clockgen support that board.

Any programs I can use to fiddle with this thing? Would any increase be worth it?
