Anyway to Remove the Hiss?

I have this recording of Justice League Unlimited. The sound has this wierd hiss in the background, this is what i get when I have my buddy record it with a 30$ Tv Tuner. Is there anyway I can reencode it so that the sounds looses the hiss?

I am guessing you have it on your hard drive, if thats the case you will need to get an editing program for the type of format you used. AVI being the common one, then there should be an option to remove noise.

Try Goldwave, it has lots of tools to reduce noise.
