I gotta SK-6 w/ Delta. I want to mod it to fit a focus flow delta or can someone tell me where to get one of those really rare 50cfm 60mm Deltas?

I mainly need to know how to fit it onto the SK-6. Thanks for you help ppl.

I've seen someone post a link to a 60mm to 80mm fan converter for the sk6 , hmm let me see if I can find it.

www.millisec.com sells the sk-6 with a fan adapter. they might have something over there.

I couldnt find the pic I was looking for but I found a message by "ultra" who says you can put a 80mm fan on there without an adaptor all you need to do is turn the fan and attach the clips over the corners of the 80mm fan , try it out. He also says the 80mm delta 68cfm is the best 80mm fan to use for performance anyway.

update- well I guess the delta 68 is 60mm

I tried that with a 35cfm 80mm fan,the cooling results were not that good.

Yeah, regular 80mm fans on the SK6 won't perform as well as the Delta 38cfm. According to the benchmark that I posted recently, even a Sunon 50cfm can't perform as well as the Delta 38. So your best bet is to use the Delta 68cfm if you want better performance.

And forget that Delta 50cfm. It's so LOUD it's not even funny. And the Delta 68 performs equally well. Another plus to the Delta 68 is that you get lots of extra airflow around the heatsink to cool the capacitors, MOSFETs, Northbridge, and RAM.
