ASUS P5WD2 Premium and Leadtek WinFast PX6800 Ultra problems

I have just dowloaded bios version 0422 from the ASUS website and uptaded the bios on my P5WD2 Premium to version 0422 from version 0201 and when i try to install the drivers from the Leadtek website or the cd that came with my WinFast PX6800 Ultra i get a box that comes up with a messange saying "Maybe not a Leadtek product" and the driver install wizard will quit when i click ok, but the drivers from the NVIDIA website will install with no problems what so ever.
This never happened when i was using bios version 0201 and when i go back to bios version 0201 everthing is ok again, so is there anyone that can help with this or that is having the same problem after updating the P5WD2 Premium's bios to version 0422 or with any other bios version.
