So the 1800 is out, i have been looking around but found no forcasts of when the 2000 is expected out. I want an 1800 so bad, the only problem is i woul dhave to buy new ram, nforce board (i dont have money for a graphics card, my motherboard currently has integrated graphics), and the cpu... u get the point. So whats the best overclock anybody has seen so far out there for the Athlon XP. I saw a 2 ghz over at icronticforums. pretty amazing stuff - i bet it destroys all p4's out there.

well the 2032mhz is the highest I have seen but that is with lots of cooling so milelage will vary!

New Ram? I have my 1800+ on a MSI Turbo Limited board and PC-150 RAM. That is what is awesome about AMD, you don't have to upgrade the entire computer to replace the CPU. Hence Intel's demise. They cannot even figure out what RAM to use.

i am currently using a 450 mhz p3, 192 mb of pc100 ram... might take a little skill to put an amd in that m/b lol.

Look at the front page of this site. An XP2000+ will be out after Christmas.
