good Micro ATX intel 775 boards?

Im lookin to build a Micro ATX system with the aopen m-atx case

I need suggestions on a mobo for this tho, I want to overclock as much as possible in a set up like this, so Im lookin for a really flexible socket 775 board.

I will probably start with a Pentium 4 505 or 506 or something, to make the FSB raising easier.

what chipset should I go for, basically there is variations of the 865GE and such chipsets and also the 915G chipset to choose from in this M ATX boards.

So, please suggest one thats stable and has good voltage options and would be good potential for great overclocks.
