What would be the result of mounting an Aqua cube upside down?

I was wondering, what do think be the effect of mounting an Aqua Stealth radiator uspside at the top of the case. Do you think it would change anything? I have an Inwin and this looks like the best place to mount it with the resovir and pump at the bottom. Any thoughts?

if you mean with the fittings on the bottom, make sure you have some way to deal with air bubbles that may get trapped up in there.
