Notice I said time not money. Money isn't a big priority when it comes to my rig, but time is. I know everyone says that it is so cool (dumb pun) but are there any side thoughts to it?

If you don't have the time to build a fast H2O/Pelt box, the Vapochill is the ticket,

vapochills are something that is getting more popular

they are easy and fast and you dont have to worry much about cooling if you get one of those suckers

maybe I should of just got one sense Ive spent almost over $400 on my cooling already:eek:

I own a vapochill and they are great... however... time is kind of weird because they are not easy to setup. Its a very risky business installing the evaporater. If you do not read the manuel, and support forums very well you willmost likely come into a problem. Mine was chipping a athlon core and crushing another. Once you get it down which takes lots of practice the reward is great but as always nothing good comes easy. I suggest you consider this and read as much as can befor you make the go on one. BTW... building my first water rig was much eaiser and faster than putting my vapochill together. Most water kits come with everything you need and require the same type of instalation as a heatsink and fan... but that depends on what kit ou buy.

Also to... make sure to get a strong power supply. An athlon and vapo is very demanding. It hard to keep the 5v rail with both of them running let alon the 12v. I tried a 350 watt enermax and it blew out promptly. I ended up going with a 500 watt psu and i recomend the same to you. You will also have to cut the 12v line on your psu which voids its warranty so make sure its doesnt blow. I dont know why people think the vapo is just a get it and your done deal because its not. You also have to watch for condesation. Make sure to use the grease they give you and the heater pad... i left the heater pad off for 2 minutes and there was water all over my chip from condensation. Read Read Read.

i love the vapochill but i'm sorry, the case is butt ugly ... i suppose if i get it i can house a cardboard box over it or stuff it inside a coolermaster or anything to hide it hehe
