Hello guys.. I built my new SLI system a week ago today, and i have had nothing but problems. I have never got it succesfully booted into windows.

My system:
A8N SLI DELUXE
2x BFG 6800 gts
1gig ocz pc3200el rev 2
36gig raptor hd
530w bfg psu

When i boot my system after installing windows the progress bar when windows boots freezes. then the whole computer restarts and does the same thing all over again, unless i tell it to boot in safe mode. The computer boots in safe mode perfectly and is stable. But when i just normally boot xp the pc does not work.

I have no idea what to do... Please help me out.

Just a few questions about your system...

1. Is your XP CD slipstreamed with a service pack, and which version of XP are you trying to install?
2. How is your HDD connected to the MB, and to the PSU?
3. How do you have your two 6800's connected to the PSU?
4. Are you trying to install Windows at default clock, or is the system OC'd?
5. Which CPU do you have installed, and what's the Vcore set to in the BIOS?
6. What's the Vdimm set to in the BIOS, and what are your memory timings?
7. Do you have the HSF or any case fans getting their power from the MB (connected to fan headers), or are they all connected directly to the PSU?
8. How did you go about partitioning and formatting your HDD?
