help please

I was overclocking my P III on an AOpen mobo 8X6bc i believe and when i tunred up the fsb to 150 or so i wound up with a black screen even after clearing coms. The speaker does go beeeep beeeep continuously or at least 3 times that i let it go. Is there any hope? I really don't need this problem, but i suppose its the price to pay for messing. The board is a socket 1 with an adaptor for holding the P III

take out the battery! clear cmos again! keep trying. did you dl the manual to get the beep codes and figure out what may have died?
