Dunno if anyone has seen this yet, the TS Heatronics Zen Cooler. It's a heatsink with R-134 Refrigerant in it. Basically, it's an enclosed phasechange built into the heatsink. I think we need to get a few of these over Stateside and see what they're made of. I've only seen one review so far, but on a 1.4GHz T-Bird they were getting what looks like from the chart about 26C Idle and 39C after a half hour of Prime95. Review here:

The price is a little steep, 10,000 Yen, or about $84 US, but I paid about that for my Swifty when all was said and done.
