View Full Version : SLI on P5WD2 Premium?

Ok, it has an 16x PCIe and a 4x PCIe. The dual graphics cards are detected and there is an sli connector in the box. But the software does not get sli working.

I heard that there will be a bios or driver update for sli to work later (backs up the fact that the sli clip is included).

I also heard that ati crossfire will also have a bios upgrade and a software that will make it work on this board.

Anybody know anything more on this? Just was delivered today :) Will try the new nvidia drivers when my power supply comes tommorrow or later this week.

I have been wondering this myself and have heard that forceware 80 was supposed to allow for this board to be SLIable

Wait, so when I get it running, I need to dl the nvidia video drivers AND the forceware drivers?

Forceware is the new name for the Nvida video drivers.
