able to flash BIOS w/o using floppy drive?

is there ANY way to do this? i cant seem to find a floppy drive to save my life and my rig comes in tomorrow

plan on doing the BIOS trick to get a x800xt-pe 256 from my x800pro 256

can i use the UBCD with windows? or would it not work?

(the UBCD windows link doesnt have any DLs)

and how would i get my BIOS files onto the CD to load?

you can use Nero to make a boot cd as well


you won't be able to backup your bios, but you shouldn't have trouble getting the bios of the net, mvktech.net

you can also use atiflash to flash the bios in windows if you like...... I don't have the link with my right now but I can get it if you're interested.
