Ok, I was wondering if there's a progy out there where I'd be able to scan a form, then type into the lines with my puter. It'd be like typing the form, but with the puter. Hmm...

In order to scan the form you need a scanner. Do you have one? If so, you can probably go from there.
I know this was possible with Acrobat 6 so it should also work with Acrobat 7, you can also turn the responses into XML for loading into a database... very nice app.

It should be in the document management section... they've got a whole bunch of info on converting paper forms into pdf forms. For actual web deployment they want you to use an Acrobat Server but I've never done that. I have made forms and e-mailed them where they needed to go and that worked fine for what I needed.
