Incredible RMA work by newegg

well as some of you may know, i just got my new parts for my system, BUT i got a stupid claw instead of a newcastle, like i ordered, at first i was hopping mad, and then i calmed down, slep on it, and woke up gave jason, our newegg a call, and he blew me away by how fast, and commited he was to helping me. truly amazing, jason, you are the best customer service rep i have ever dealed with, and i am in customer service myself !!

without a shadow of doubt, i will shop at newegg from now on, no matter what, becuase i can be rest assured that i wont get screwed over, and my problems will be handled extremely well and extremly fast!
