KDComputers - Closed?

KDComputers.com has had their site "unavailable" for about a week. I was going to place an order with them right before they closed up, and now it looks like I can't. I thought they might just be doing maintenance or closing for the July 4th weekend, but it's been a few days since that and it's still shut down.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Looks like another former good vendor is going down the tubes like excaliberpc.

Actually, I've kind of been waiting for them to go under for the last year or so; I noticed that their prices had steadily been going up on their heatsinks and fans and their selection had been steadily going down.
