That is a pretty good OC. I think they come stock at 140 or so.
Have you also unlocked the HyperZ? That would provide good performance gains.

Mines at 193 with an Intel HSF.
Anything above 183 really is enough, cause then your up in the ranks of a normal Radeon ddr.
HyperZ being enabled is probably the most important thing, but I bet you've already done that :p

I can only get mine to 185 with the stock hs. Anything above that locks up my system during 3DMark2001 or crashes to the desktop.
This is one awesome card though. The performance I've gotten out of it is well worth the 70.00 I paid for it.

I can clock mine to 198 and run 3dmark fine once, but if I loop the test 4 times, my sys locked up.. is this because the gpu heated up or the memory heated up?
hmmmmm . . . anybody else here running windows xp? i've got a 1.4 ghx t-bird, shuttle ak31 v2, 512 mb of crucial ddr, sb live 5.1, seagate 40 gb, and a radeon le. i went to anandtech and tried to do the mods that that review said - i installed powerstrip to o/c the board, but the registry settings that i need to find aren't listed in my registry (atidxhal subkey). i thought it might have something to do with xp using its own drivers, so i d/l'ed the newest drivers from ati and installed them - it didn't make a difference. i tried using the drivers off of the cd that came with the card, but it didn't help, either. anybody have any ideas? btw, i can't run q3 for more than a few minutes before it locks up on me . . . can this have anything to do with it?
I don't think you have to edit the registry if you use powerstrip, it will enable hyperz for you.. i think

Make sure you're using the latest version of powerstrip, I think I have it in the link in my signature below. I'm using XP and have no problems with that version of powerstrip which is XP compatible (but then again I have a different radeon card).
thanks for your responses, guys . . . you were right, you don't need to edit the registry w/ the newest version of powerstrip . . . i've got everything enabled and running at 183 mhs, no prob!

RadeonTweaker is probably my favourite for Radeons, I like it better than Powerstrip.
Pinkys got it on his FTP.
Just install the new driver for win2000 (Radeon-5.13.3276-Win2K) it add about 130 points to my 2dmark01 score... cool
