I have a Asus P4P800E-Deluxe with P4 2.8Ghz OC'd @ 3.36Ghz with 2Gig of Geil DDRAM PC 4000. I have the FSB set at 240Mhz which of course rasies the bus speed of the DDRAM as well. I have been running it at 400Mhz which changes to 480Mhz after the FSB is set to 240Mhz. Will it help or hurt my performance or damage my DDRAM to set it to it's stock speed of 500Mhz, even though the FSB is only at 240Mhz?

you may as well just leave it at the same speed as your FSB. it's only 10mhz difference (PC4000 = 250mhz true clock speed).
