Help AA8xe not seeing my ide channel or onboard LAN

setup is aa8xe, 2 SATA maxtor 300gb drives and a benq dvd drive on the IDE channel. The problem I have is that sometimes if I completely turn it off and reboot for whatever reason I lose my onboard lan and whatever is on the IDE channel. When I try to reboot the pc no matter how long I have it off for I get beep errors or sirens for 2 attempts and on the 3rd t always fires up but no LAN or IDE.

Has anybody else had this issue? Any advice here?

yes I had the issues and I rma'd the board, after a while it completely stopped booting. If I may ask where did you order the board?

I got it atnewegg and this is actually my 3rd board I am having this issue with
