Radeon Driver Question

I'm about to download drivers for my Radeon 9800 Pro from the ati site. I noticed there is a driver version that includes the "CATALYST" control panel, instead of the regular control panel. Should I go with the catalyst version or the regular version? What benefits are there with the catalyst version? Thanks.

The catalyst control panel adds a little extra functionality to the driver set instead of the normal control panel, but it does require you to install the microsoft .net package for it to work.

Personally I just use the non-catalyst control center package, not as big of a download :)

u only need control center if ur going to use plugins like rage3d that use it
