Audio Editing

Hey guys, i need some advice here.

I'm making a new CS Movie and what i have is the Pokemon intro then i wanna mix it to a proper song when it gets to a certain place.

If you have ever heard the song from the lobby scene in the matrix, at the very start of the song, it does this sort of Disk scratching sound.

This is what i wanna use to blend the songs.

How could i go about doing this?

Is there a certain audio program that could do this?

Any ideas?

I'm going to guess soundforge will allow you to do that.

Anything that is free that will do the job?
