I hate Dell's shipping

Well UPS is taking awhile getting my order. Here is my order. Taking forever. Dell should use Fedex. They are faster and work thewhole weekend. Grr, i hate this. Im impatient can you tell?

They will go with whatever costs less. Our distribution stuff is being streamlined too, ie they are cutting down services. Lead times are 1wk+ for deliveries :-\

It just gets me that it hasnt left since 10am yesterday. It's just been sitting there.

UPS delivers weekends as well - if that option is choosen on the order - you must specify weekend delivery - same with fedex.

UPS does "work" on weekends as well.

4 day delivery after a reschedule and you're complaining?

i'm guessing you've never gotten anything via fedex residential, it takes 7-8 days.
