What exactly does "CAS 2-2-2" mean? I know what CAS is, and that CAS2 is faster than CAS3, but what does the figure "222" or "2-2-2" mean?

Those are SDRAM timings, which have CAS Latency somewhere in there..:)

DDR timings are a bit different, I think they have 7 values.

Hmm...I think my bios only has options to change 3 ram settings and I'm using ddr. I'll have to look around to see if i can find the others.

like time it takes for sth...
2 means 2 sec that u havta wait for that thing I THINK! FORGOTTEN!

2-2-2 refers to the CAS Latency, RAS Latency and CAS to RAS Latency, in CPU Cycles, if I'm not mistaken... If I am, feel free to get out the molotovs...
