firefox hyperlink balloon question

Does anyone know how to increase the amount of text inside the balloon when you hover over a link with your mouse?

If you don't know what I mean. mouse over a link in the forums and it only shows a little of the text inside the thread. Is there a way so I can make the balloon show much more of the text?

I believe its a forum side setting.
