alright i have a 130 watt psu (please no flaming haha) and i have three fans running directly from the psu(my mobo has no fan connectors) and i used to be able to get to 2.48ghz and be stable but i cant even get to 2.3 today after installing my third fan.... could the fans be draining power and not letting me oc? and if so any suggestions? my friend has a 250 watt hes going to give to me for free
