Voice program for windows+macs

I play WoW and some of my friends play it on their macs. Us windows users use teamspeak to communcate but we leave our Mac friends out. Is there a mac version of teamspeak out yet or is there an alternative that works across both platforms?

Teamspeak 3 will support Mac but there is no ETA for it yet. As will ventrilo not yet however it is still in development (http://www.ventrilo.com/)... not really sure of any other "gamer in mind" programs that support Mac just yet.

edit: nvm client is only for winders, server works on mac though
