I am really annoyed at the vendor overclock.co.uk (the online shop, it has nothing to do with this site) as I have recently ordered various Items from them and no indication was given that these were ALL out of stock, these items are not specificly hard to obtain alternatives from elsewhere and to be honest I wish I did.. I have been waiting for over a week now (13 days) for the products I ordered.. they have my money which could be earning interest in my bank account but its in there account. When dealing with this company I would suggest that you comfirm when your order will be shipped and the items are in stock otherwise you could find yourself in the same situation as myself.
I will update on this situation soon as I can

I have been informed my order will be shipped on Monday apparently which is 19 days after I placed my order.
Unlucky, I always stick to the 'big names' in the UK OCing market:
www.tekheads.co.uk (my m8 co-owns it which is a bonus)
www.overclockers.co.uk (5 mins down the road from me :))
www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk (I admin their forums!)
they're the biggest and usually the best too

I usually use overclockers.co.uk and can not fault the service I obtain from there.
I have also shopped at tekheads.co.uk and while I can not fault there service, the atomic fan grills I brought which were claimed to be lazer cut were not, imho they appear to be wire cut as the finish of the cut in certain area's is poor. It's not a big problem as I finished it with wet and dry but I sent an email regarding my views on this and never got a reply which would have been nice.

I have no gripes with tekheads service and am exceptionally happy that they do actually have some quality products which are difficault to get hold of in the UK. The packaging of my order was good and it was despatched and in my grubby little paws exceptionally quickly. The fan grills I ordered were by no means bad but they were not of the quality expected from a lazer cut, the edges in various places were jagged but I understand that this is a problem with the supplier rather than the store.
The service is good and so are the prices and for that simple reason I will shop there once again.
As a matter of interest I have now recieved my order from overclock.co.uk 19 days after the order was placed and the reason for this was that they were apparently waiting for an order of MTS Claciator 2's to arrive. Overall I am happy with the products. However at no time was I given any indication that the products were not available when I placed my order which is why I would suggest that before people order from this company check the availability of the product

Or at least ship global.........I love their prices........
I have to agree with the Menace. overclock.co.uk offer an unbelievably shabby service. 3 weeks for a connector they had in stock? Useless.
Overclockers.co.uk and Dabs are the two retailers I use, and if they ain't got it, I don't buy it............
