Would anyone be able to tell me how to change my multiplier? i have a PIII866, and my mobo is an asus cuv4x (jumperfree). it's locked in the bios, i can only change the frequency. i got it up to 961mhz but after that i need to go past 150mhz system speed and that crashes at bootup.

You can't change the multiplier.(Unless you have a Intel Confidential CPU)

Sorry

An engineering sample, which you don't have. All commercially available Intel CPUs nowadays have locked multipliers.
