working with backgrounds in Frontpage 2000....

I'm trying to make a background picture be fixed in Frontpage 2000, but I don't know what the option is called.

If this is confusing, what I mean is that as you scroll down the page, the background stays fixed in place and the text on top of the background picture still scrolls like normal. This is the page I'm working on:

You will notice that the background page scrolls down with the rest of the page, the background pic ends and another one of the same pics starts again with a small black line inbetween. I'm trying to aviod this by having the pic fixed in place. Anyone have any experience with this?

It sounds like you are refering to Layering. I have not had to work with that in sometime. Wed Design is a hobby/side business and nobody has ever asked for a visual effect like that.

Sorry I can't explain how it is done, but try searching some sites for it. Also, I am sure you aren't done with that page, but try to make a table with that ingame screen shot as a background. That will eliminate the tiling the background does.
