I don't get this.....

elsa geforce 2 gts
256mb corsair pc150

i had a PIII 700@980 (133:133:33 ratio at 143fsb) and with vid card at 220/400 i got 3450 3marks.
with a pIII 1000@1148 (133:100:33 ratio 153fsb) with same vid settings i got like 3300. how is this so? the ram in both was set at 2-2-2. does changing the sdram ration to 100 really make that big a diff?

Cutting the memory speed from 133mhz to 100 will make
a pretty big difference I thing.....

That's exactly right...a little bit of calculation tells us that your P1000 setup has the RAM running at 114...big difference between that and 143. I say pop your settings up to 3-3-3 and try to run at 133:133:33 settings.
