...Okay first lemme say thanks to Steamer (@AMDmb.com's forums) for the webspace. Second, this is not a pro job. The Window was done w/ double stick foam mounting tape and aluminum tape to cover the edges. The case is filthy, its full of dust and finger prints. But I wanted to share with you what exactly I did to it. I used to have a blacklight in it that looked very cool in the dark w/ the blue cables and it made the a7v133 glow a greenish. Anyways, here's the picks:

This is the Delta 80x38 clipped forcefully onto an SK-6 that has held for months now:

This is my dual Panaflo 47cfm's mounted inside the front 'snap-off' piece:

This is the filters that cover those two:

This is the fan guards inside the case for those 2:

This is the rear of the case w/ the stock grills cut out:

This is the inside of the case panel w/ the window & dual Panny 120's:

This the outside of that:

Here is that panel on the case:

And finally here's the case all together:

Unfortunately, I don't get the temps I'd like w/ all this. At 70f/20c ambient room temp, I LOAD under 45c. I 'd like to get that under 40. When its like 90f in here, I've hit 48, 49C!!! Currently my right hand is casted due to a broken hand, but I'd like to relap the HS again. I read a good sounding tip to mark the HS w/ an X or some shape that will fill the area of the HS bottom, and not stop lapping until that's gone. I also have two MC462 HS's [1 original & another is rev. 1] so I can re-lap those too if need be, I've lapped all 3 but never been statisfied w/ the finish on them or the results, which have barely been a 1c drop.

Yeah make sure to keep those props on the case or it might just take off on you. Also might want to take a can of compressed air to those fans, dust build up especially on that SK-6 fan. Dust kills CFMs.

I'm thinking though, about adding a blow hole directly above the Sk-6 "in" the PSU plate. Not the PSU itself, but that plate in a pc70 where a psu would rest. I run an Enermax, and we all know that to take advantage of their 92mm fan's in a Lian Li the back plate of the case has to be mounted upside down, allowing the PSU to be mounted in the very top of the case. So what I'm saying is cutting a blow hole in that PSU plate, throwing a big 120 in there blowing straight up, sucking hot air off the HS. My dual Panaflo 47's in the back would the suck all that air out. And the 92/9cfm on the Enermax would certainly help a bit. So, what do u guys think? Should I go for it?
