F@H is burn-in program?

If I'm running F@H is it considered to be a burn-in program, so maybe after a while the comp will overclock better? I'm F@Hing on my old comp now, got my hopes up a little bit...

And BTW: I'm getting 128MB more RAM for the old comp, would it help it Fold faster?

You should be able to burn in with FAH. It heats up my systems nicely and it will use 100% of your processor like prime95 does.
