im NOT SURE but i think the ax500 fortron would be better for you, as your build seems to want more 12v than 5v
and it's cheaper and prettier ;)

Everything looks good, but I would get some OCZ Plat Rev2 if you want to hit 300x9. Also be sure to get Venice Core for your CPU.

For the voltages; if you get the Plat Rev2 and do 300x9 expect about 2.9V-3V on Vdimm and around 1.50V-1.6V on Vcore.

Get rid of the SLI board. Get the A64 3000+ OEM from ewiz for $120. That RAM is a waste of money when you can get 2GB for that price. Get a Fortron AX500-A

the fortron ax530 is built for a 5v system the Amd 64 and the p4 are both 12v based systems and as such the ax530 doesn't have the power to run it. It would run a socket A system beautifully though. You need a power supply that has a large 12v rail and In your case a fortron ax 500 is perfect. In addition you should get the non-sli version of that dfi board as it has been suggested. You obviously won't be running sli and the non-sli version is the same thing and will save you money.

um...decent 2x1gb sets cost a lot more than $170, and that RAM from what i understand is very decent for overclocking

PC4000 RAM has no real world difference so just get Platinum Revision 2 PC3200.
