I was wondering, is it possible to install an Inspiron 5160 motherboard into a 5100 system and be compatable with all the other equipment?

it should work. the only difference as far as I know is the large adapter that the 5160 uses.

Will the motherboard for 5160 allow a P-M CPU? That would be my only reason to switch them out. TIA!
