Good overclocking ram, 2x512 and under $100? Is this some kind of trick question? Seriously, I don't think such an animal exists. Maybe someone else around here has an answer but I don't. If I only had $100 for ram I'd buy one stick of quality 512 now and another later when I had more money.

the Twinmos SP PC3200 is the only one that came to mind, but that is kind of hit or miss, and needs the 3.2V to get anywhere.
