this is a new setup that I just put up a few days ago and so far I am very impressed with the results.

I started a thread about four months or so ago on how awesome the 3GHz 630 chips were when it came to O/Cing. every single one of these chips have came from my local Comp USA. none of them have ever ran at less than 4GHz but as you can see, this latest one is a true champ.

check out the wonderfull 300FSB which is showing some very decent memory scores with Sandra. this is starting to remind me of my 2.4C O/Cing days when I had mine running at 3.6GHz also on air cooling.

so it looks like the 3GHz 630 chip is proving to be the modern day 2.4C chip but with some extra cache. not bad, not bad at all.

Very very very nice indeed :)

I'm sure nikhsub1 has his 630 at 4.52GHz. Which is just sick :-P

wow, and with such a little bump in vcore. Congrats. I hit 3.8 on mine with no increase in any voltages. I may try to hit 4ghz some day, but its something about that 57C degree CPU temp that scares me. Don't like seeing my temps get that high. By the way what are you using for air cooling?

correction - its a 660 and he runs it at 4.52 daily... and he's hit 5ghz on WC with it as well
