What's the latency on RAMBUS RAM?

I'm gonna take a shot at it,
if I remember, Rambus has horrible latency timings?,,

anyway, I believe it's 10ns (100MHz) x 4 @ 400MHz which P4 uses. Or 5ns (100MHz) x 8 for full 800MHz bandwidth which I doubt could be used yet.

Until Intel uses Duel QDR pipes to its ram, 400MHz and soon to be 533MHz will be the limit. Even with PC1066,
