Well I don't know if its new or not. It is in Chinese or Japenese not sure which but I figured out how to join and create a team and so far just by myself OC is ranked like 60 in Avg. Credit and 47 overall or sumn like that. And thats just by my self If yall want to join let me know I will try to help you get your account started since its in a diff language and I figured it out.
