Only thing that COULD be a bottleneck on a system like yours is memory bandwidth. 2400 DDR ram would improve framerates slightly and if you could get some 2700 then that would be even better.
With my rig, I was thinking about 2400 but the prices were double that of 2100. I suppose I am quite happy with the fact that my 2100 can cope with upto 154FSB @ CAS3
If I got some Tt Heatsink spreaders, I could prolly hit CAS2 at that speed coz my system works for about 5-10mins before ram overheats at CAS2/150FSB.
BTW, the Radeon 8500 should kick a$$. When it comes to games, your graphics card is the only thing in your system that matters. I remember somewhere that some guy had a 1Ghz AXIA running at default speed with an overclocked GF3 (240/545) and his 3d2k1mk scores were 1000 higher than mine. I could have screamed. Just proves my point even more.

hmmmmmmm then my ram must be a wee bit crappyer then yours because without heatsinks i can only make it to 140 cas2 :(
