Free shipping code 'PWFS' not working at www.bestbyteinc.com (?)

i tried using this code to buy a $5.99 tube of arctic silver -i entered it and saw "congratulations, free shipping" but upon checkout i had to select from several shipping choices and was ultimately charged $1 for selecting the cheapest... anyone else have this experience?

Yes. I could never get the free shipping thing to work either and they completely ignored my communication attempts to see what was up. I still buy from them every once in a while when their prices are competitve enough. As they are very reliable in all other aspects, IMO.
