Are these things any good ?? Would they help reduce heat at higher voltages and fsb?

Yes, they'll help strip heat away from the Mem chips. But they need a fan blasting on them to make a real difference.

they're alright, but i don't personally think they're worth the money....plus IMO they are APITA to put on....
